As Director of Quality and Compliance, Nancy Cruger works tirelessly every day to build a culture of quality at Symbia.

In addition to leading safety and compliance training initiatives, Nancy also works to ensure Symbia’s policies and procedures minimize risks and maximize compliance with industry regulations. With over 30 years of experience in the logistics industry, Nancy can spot an opportunity for improvement from a mile away. Even more importantly, she knows how to develop bulletproof operating procedures that help Symbia operate as efficiently as possible.

It was during her formative years as Account Manager for Consolidated Freightways that Nancy developed a passion for risk management, safety and compliance. While much has changed in the logistics industry since 1989, two things remain constant: Nancy Cruger is committed to doing her best, and she is dedicated to helping Symbia improve every single day.
