Leslie Barton is a fierce advocate for the customer, and she brings that energy to every corner of Symbia. As VP of Client Success, Leslie focuses on making sure clients have a seat at the table, a voice in every decision, and a support team that truly gets their needs. With over two decades in logistics and deep roots in client services, she’s spent her career helping businesses stay focused on what matters most: delivering exceptional value to their customers.
Starting out as a customer service rep in 2000, Leslie climbed the ranks through roles in partner management, director-level leadership, and eventually executive positions at major logistics firms. She joined Symbia in 2024 with a mission to build client-first strategies that cut through the noise of day-to-day operations and keep customer success front and center.
A natural problem-solver and strong collaborator, Leslie brings a unique blend of experience and empathy to every partnership. And when she’s not crafting smarter support solutions, she’s out on the water in Chicago, boating with family and soaking up lake life to the fullest.
