Jamie is the driving force behind Symbia’s seamless adoption of new IT processes, systems, and programs. With over a decade of experience in the logistics industry, she knows successful implementation of new technology will pave the way for a five-star customer experience.
As the single point of contact during the onboarding phase, Jamie understands how important it is to ensure all users feel comfortable with new technology. She works tirelessly to make sure new software, processes, and systems are clearly introduced to anyone who will use them. Jamie is always available to answer questions and often works long hours to ensure rollouts unfold as planned.
When Jamie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new places. She also looks forward to sunny Sunday mornings when she can escape to a quiet spot by the water or simply relax on the porch with a fresh cup of coffee.
